WELCOME!

I’m a mom, a certified nutrition & health coach, Pilates teacher, and fitness specialist certified in a variety of modalities. I also hold a certification as a postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and am passionate about helping women regain their strength and confidence before, during and after pregnancy.

I have an extensive background in dance and movement, and continue to broaden my knowledge of movement and the body. I began my journey in wellness as a way to overcome my own personal battles with never feeling good enough, anxiety and disordered eating patterns.

Through a love of movement, and an insatiable desire for knowledge in all things health & wellness, I started on a new path to feeling good inside and out. It is my hope to inspire and share all of my knowledge with my clients to get them on a path to feeling their best self inside and out.

Amazing! Emily does a fantastic job of keeping the workouts new while kicking your butt and making it fun. My favorite thing is that there are so many videos, you never feel like you're repeating a workout. You have no excuses for not working out as there are express videos under 20 minutes and workouts that don't require equipment. Emily is the best!
