I’m a mom, a certified nutrition & health coach, Pilates teacher, and fitness specialist certified in a variety of modalities. I also hold a certification as a postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and am passionate about helping women regain their strength and confidence before, during and after pregnancy.
I have an extensive background in dance and movement, and continue to broaden my knowledge of movement and the body. I began my journey in wellness as a way to overcome my own personal battles with never feeling good enough, anxiety and disordered eating patterns.
Through a love of movement, and an insatiable desire for knowledge in all things health & wellness, I started on a new path to feeling good inside and out. It is my hope to inspire and share all of my knowledge with my clients to get them on a path to feeling their best self inside and out.
